DAILY SUNNAH (E-PORTFOLIO)

 

 Assalamua'laikum everyone!

May all of you in good health and always take care of your mental and physical well being. For today I want to share with you guys about the project that I do for Usrah Budi 4 (CCUB 4621) which is the sharing session on a topic that my group presents which is "Daily Sunnah".

I want to share about this topic to you guys as some of you might not have the chance to join the sharing session done by my group. Some might thought that this is simple as we as Muslim frequently heard about sunnah in our lives. The reasons why we choose this topic is to remind the Muslim about the sunnah which some of us might forget about it or ignorant about it because we thought that we know all about it. Beside that, we also want to motivate participants to practice daily sunnah.

CONTRIBUTIONS ON THIS PROJECT

Well, this is not for me to show off on what I've done in this project but as I'm required to share about my contributions on this project so I need to do it 😅🙏. Basically all of my group members contribute to this project and my part during the sharing session is the conclusion which I conclude about this topic and share some reminder to not exaggerate in practicing sunnah. Other than that, I also made quiz questions about daily sunnah and contributed my ideas and time in finishing the infographic.

Basically all the information for our sharing session is included in the infographic that I've uploaded starting from the definition of sunnah, the importance of sunnah, what sunnah that we can practice on our daily lives and the benefits of it. I hope that people can at least gain something from reading it.

 ANALYSIS AND FEEDBACK

1- Analysis on the result of quizzes during a sharing session.

During our sharing session we also provided some quizzes consisting of eight questions through Google Form and spread the link to the audiences  to test their understanding about our topic after watching the presentation. Total of participants who answered the quiz are 18, all of them are females. Based on the result, it can be seen that most of the participants correctly answer the questions except there are two questions that have some incorrect answers. 

Four out of 18 participants choose the wrong answer for this question. This might happen because they do not understand the term 'theology' and misunderstand about the position of sunnah in Islam.

Half of the participants answered this question wrong which showed that some of the participants still have confusion about what is sunnah.

2. Analysis of the sharing of the infographic on social media.

Aside from the sharing session, we also share our infographic on daily sunnah through social media such Whatsapp and Instagram as alternative ways to let other people gain benefits from our sharing. From the sharing, it can be seen that most people stated that this infographic is very beneficial with some also learn about new sunnah that they can practice in daily lives. And some of them reply that they want to start it immediately after reading the infographic. Alhamdulillah, mission accomplished🙌.

 REFLECTIONS OF THIS PROJECT

This is such a great experience for me because we achieved one of the objectives why we chose this which is to motivate participants to practice sunnah in daily lives. This shown by the responses given by participants where all of them find that this sharing session is beneficial and motivate them to practice sunnah in their daily lives.

Alhamdulillah all of the audiences answered yes 😇

Another lesson that I gained in this sharing session is we need to avoid becoming ignorant just because that we know about something because humans are forgetful creatures and this is why we need to always keep on involving ourselves in talk or discussion that can help us in remembering all of the things that we forget. And it is advisable for us to always accept opinions and advice from other people.

  WISHES ON THIS PROJECT 

My wish for this project is I hope that people would actually start to practice sunnah even with just a simple sunnah such as smiling to others. And I hope that other people and myself will consistently do that which might also attract others to make sunnah as a habit in their daily lives.

 SUGGESTIONS

For the suggestions on the sharing session that my group and I have conducted, as this sharing session was online, I would suggest that it would be better if everyone including the presenters to turn on their camera as I think by doing this, audiences would pay more attention and focus to the presentation. 

Meanwhile, for the usrah sessions, I would suggest for naqibah to share the slides that will be discussed during usrah sessions so that students can refer to it whenever they want.
